Floristry Workshop Terms and Conditions
1. Booking and Payment
• Full payment is required to secure your place in the workshop.
• Bookings are confirmed once payment has been received.
• If the workshop is fully booked, you will be notified and given the option to join a waitlist or select a different date.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
• Cancellations more than 7 days before the workshop: A full refund will be issued, or you may choose to transfer your booking to another available date.
• Cancellations less than 7 days before the workshop: No refund will be issued, but you may transfer your booking to a different date (subject to availability).
• Non-attendance: If you fail to attend the workshop without prior notice, no refund or transfer will be offered.
3. Workshop Requirements
• Participants are required to wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes for safety.
• All necessary materials and tools (such as flowers, floral foam, wire, and scissors) will be provided. However, participants are welcome to bring their own tools if preferred.
• If any additional items (such as specific flowers or decorations) are required, the workshop organizer will inform participants in advance.
4. Health and Safety
• All participants must follow the health and safety guidelines provided by the instructor.
• Participants are responsible for using all tools and materials safely, and the organizer is not responsible for any injury caused by misuse.
• In the case of allergies or medical conditions that could be affected by certain flowers or materials, please inform the organizer at the time of booking.
5. Age Restrictions
• Participants must be at least 16 years old to attend the workshop unless otherwise stated.
• For younger participants, an adult guardian must accompany them throughout the session.
6. Workshop Modifications and Cancellations
• In the unlikely event that the workshop is cancelled or rescheduled by the organizer, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future workshop.
• The organizer reserves the right to make minor changes to the workshop content or structure without prior notice, but will inform participants of any significant changes.
7. Photographs and Social Media
• The organizer may take photographs or videos during the workshop for promotional purposes. By attending, you agree to allow your image to be used in marketing materials.
• Participants are welcome to take photos of their creations but must respect the privacy of others attending the workshop.
8. Liability
• The organizer takes no responsibility for personal belongings lost or damaged during the workshop.
• The organizer is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage that may occur during the session, except in cases of negligence on the part of the organizer.
9. Code of Conduct
• Participants must treat all attendees, instructors, and the venue with respect and courtesy.
• Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate removal from the workshop without a refund.
10. Agreement
• By booking and attending a floristry workshop, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions
